Training and Opening Restaurant Bar

For the opening of the Restaurant Bar and Event Rooms of the renowned Golf Club, we were commissioned to train both the Room and Kitchen staff. We have developed both the technical and operational skills of the staff, emphasizing Quality and Customer Service.

In addition, we have participated in the Pre-Opening and Opening of the facilities, thus helping to standardize the service, define menus and KPIs, hire new suppliers and products.

Delivery

Delivery in restaurants has increased notably due to the Coronavirus crisis. It has been the channel that has allowed many restaurants to maintain their activity and it is a service that has come to stay.

We have helped in the digitization of our client, a key factor for the efficient management of services. We have also promoted the use of ecological, recyclable and sustainable materials .

Brand redesign

We approached this project carefully because it was the first of its kind that we were involved in. We study our client's business to devise a focused and effective solution. Afterwards we only dedicate ourselves to observe its growth. Working with this client was a great experience and we look forward to collaborating with him again on future projects with the same success.

Corporate identity campaign

Often times, our clients have everything they need to be successful, and all they need is the resources and support to jump in the right direction. We worked on this project for several months and the results were truly spectacular. By ensuring constant and transparent communication, our client managed to make a qualitative leap.
